Statement of Impartiality

In accordance with the requirements of the accreditation guidelines, the following statements of impartiality are formulated and issued in order to ensure the fair and honest conduct of the inspection activities of the company:

| 1. The Company will strictly abide by the National laws and regulations and the requirements of the National Laboratory Accreditation Agency (hereinafter referred to as the statutory management agency), in the provision of inspection work and related services to customers, to fulfill legal obligations, assume legal responsibility; |
| 2. Adhere to the impartial and independent conduct of inspection activities, fair judgment. Inspection activities without interference and influence from any relevant party; |
| 3. To protect the commercial and technical secrets of the client parties obtained in the course of carrying out inspection activities; and to protect the client's ownership and patent rights from infringement; |
| 4. The Company's management undertakes not to impose any administrative, commercial or other interference on the personnel responsible for carrying out the inspection, affecting the correctness and reliability of the inspection data and results; |
| 5. All inspectors of the Company undertake not to participate in activities that undermine the independence and integrity of inspections and in the design, production, supply, installation, use or maintenance of inspection projects or similar competitive projects; |
| 6. The Company does not accept unfair investment sponsorship and agency, do not intervene in the market and benefit competition between customers, |
